Fathers' Day Festivities

Rather than throwing myself on the ground crying and gnashing my teeth over the mover fiasco currently underway in our apartment (yes that's right, less than 24 hours BEFORE they were supposed to come...), I decided to distract myself by putting up the Fathers' Day Post :)

Firstly, this weekend, we were so blessed and excited to attend our dear friend, Brother James Zakowitz's ordination to the Holy Priesthood of Jesus Christ! Then, on Fathers' Day, we were able to attend his first Mass at the Cloistered Carmelite Convent in Alhambra.

We're hoping some holiness rubs off on us.

Johnny was able to bring his Papa his Fathers' Day card himself this year and then, we had a wonderful dinner out with friends of ours from the Knights of Columbus.
